One roof, four incredible local businesses. This month, Valley EntreprenHERS is taking over The Mill in Tariffville for a walkable evening of connection, creativity, and discovery. We'll wind our way through some of the amazing women-owned spaces in this building, meet the entrepreneurs behind them, and get a taste of what they do. Come for the community, stay for the mini massages.

6:00 PM — Amy's Mandala Painting Studio
Kick things off with some fun networking and a mini mandala painting moment.

6:45 PM — Erika's Massage Studio
Hors d'oeuvres and a chance to sign up for a 10-minute mini massage.

7:15 PM — Trilogy Fitness
An elevated, local strength-and-conditioning experience. Stop by and check out the space.

Later — Scarlett's Onda Pro Launch
We'll pop over to see what Scarlett has going on that night too.

MEET WHO WE'RE VISITING

Amy, Mandala Minds Wellness
Amy is a nurse with over 30 years of experience who found healing through art after a difficult season of loss. What started as painting rocks on hiking trails grew into a meditative mandala painting practice, and she's since created over 400 pieces. She later studied the symbolism and history of mandalas in a holistic nursing program, and now shares this centering, healing practice with others.

Erika, Massage Therapy
Erika is a Licensed Massage Therapist in CT, a member of AMBP, certified by NBTMB, a graduate of CCMC, and a Reiki Master. Her goal is to create a relaxing, therapeutic experience, whether that's a massage to decompress, a Reiki treatment to relax you energetically, or cupping for extra-tight muscles.

Trilogy Fitness, Jessica & Greg Viggiano
Jessica and Greg Viggiano own and operate Trilogy Fitness. Jessica is co-owner and a WBFF Pro fitness competitor. Greg is a certified life coach, trainer, and decorated athlete (2023 HYROX National Champion and 2025 DEKA Mile World Champion).
