Simsbury 350th Hunt for History
The Simsbury 350th Hunt for History is a fun family activity where participants identify and visit each of the 35 historical locations in Simsbury by following the clues provided. To make it easier, print this downloadable pdf and take it with you. Locations are marked with a numbered sign or decal. Simply take a photo of you or your team* alongside the numbered sign then send the photo to us via email. That’s it!

Every contestant, or team*, finding ten or more designated historical locations will win either a Simsbury 350 t-shirt or water bottle. Limit one entry for each location found.
Hunt for Grand Prizes
Contestants that find and submit 20 or more photos of the designated historical locations are eligible for a drawing to win one of our special Simsbury 350 commemorative items.
1st Place – a signed print of the Pinchot Sycamore – for finding 30+
2nd Place – Big Y gift card – for finding 25+
3rd Place – Simsbury 350th medallion – for finding 20+
The 350th committee would like to post various photos sent to us on our website and Facebook page. If you prefer not to have your picture posted, please let us know when you email us. Selfies with the numbered signs or site are welcome! Have fun!
