Cabbage Night Festivities

People from out of town often drive by in shock when they see our trees on Halloween. They can't believe how badly our trees get covered with Toilet Paper! What those people DON'T know, (and our adoring fans DO know), is that WE do the decorating ourselves, with the help from the legions of children from the Valley!
This will be the 58th year that we celebrate this night, and hope to have another truck-load of non-perishables to donate to the Simsbury Food Closet. This year we will yet again try to outdo our record by throwing 588,000 feet of toilet paper. That’s just over 1,175 individual rolls!
We will feature our huge catapults as well as a couple of compressed air cannons. Please join in the fun starting at 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 30th. Also, please bring a can of food for each roll of toilet paper that you’d like to throw/launch/catapult. Hope to see you all there!
