The company specializes in custom tours for groups\, and they are members of the National Tour Association and Cruise Lines International Association.  \n\n\n\nA former newspaper editor and Sports Information Director at Ithaca College and Springfield College\, Bob joined the travel industry in 1986 with Spencer Tours and subsequently took on leadership roles with NTA and the American Bus Association.  Several of Bob's publications have earned national recognition\, including 6 "Best in the Nation" designations for his brochures and newsletters.  Bob is also an Accredited Cruise Counselor with CLIA and serves on the Advisory Board for American Queen Voyages.  \n\n\n\nHe is an 18-year Board member of the Granby Chamber of Commerce\, currently serving a second term as President.  Other leadership roles include President of both the Granby Lions Club and the Granby UNICO Club. He and wife Joy were recently honored as "Business Persons of the Year" by the Granby Chamber.
